Desirable docksite number 135 has a generous cement patio, a large storage shed with redwood double doors, redwood stair rail, and pea gravel parking area. Tuckpointing was done late 2008.
This docksite is located on a prominent point with commanding views. Encapsulated floatation was added in 2008 as were new retaining cables.
The garage is an oversized double with lots of built in cabinets and a double sink. A new electronic remote controlled door opener was installed in 2008.
